Great with
Well balanced, not too sweet. Really enjoyed
Really enjoyed this dram, unique flavours really stand out. Will look at ordering a bottle when back in stock. Here's to many more....
I got sent a bottle of 1884 not 1856 so I'll review that, it taste like a cheap whisky not much flavour if any, it would cost £65 to buy it so for that price I could definitely find much better bourbons shame really the one advertised is very good but the members got the wrong one sent out.
meh :)
I do like more easy to drink and fruit flavour whiskey. This is not too bad and not too strong but finishing with mint is different for me. I felt like a drinking a ginger shot :relaxed:️ Its not my favourite whiskey but it’s good for winter season:v:️

Really enjoying the variety of the samples delivered. I had a problem over a missing delivery but the problem was sorted very quickly and I was very impressed with yiur response.
About the 8th of the month I start watching the postie making his rounds in eager anticipation of delivery of latest WhiskyMe dram.
Four months in and I'm happy to say it's been a good experience sampling whisky I probably wouldn't have purchased. They've all been interesting and the leaflet with the tasting notes is welcome too.
Now I keep the little orange pouch to the Thursday internet tasting. As an amateur whisky lover I'm intrigued by the fulsome technical descriptions of the distilling process. Each distillery seems to have an individual approach developed over the years. Half of it I don't begin to understand but it's quite pleasant sitting sipping a dram listening to the chat and enjoying their enthusiasm.
So far all the Whisky Me drams gave been excellent and I also bought a bottle of the KinGlassie 12 year old after the tasting as it really hit the bullseye for me.
My subscription was a birthday gift and it's a great present.
The mix of a novel dram like Hogsworth with a more traditional Loch Lomond was inspired. Charming presenting as ever!
Timely, responsive, great value. . . . I highly recommend WhiskyMe to any and all who drink whisky!
