Baby Blue was the first whisky (unusually for a US distillery they don’t include the ‘e’ in whisky) to be released by Balcones, which also meant it the first Texan whisky to be released since Prohibition. Produced from a blue varietal of maize, it offers intriguing nutty and herbal qualities.
