The Journey is a blend of two whiskies: Irish Coffey still whiskey matured
in virgin oak casks and finished in bourbon casks; and Irish malt whiskey matured in bourbon casks and finished in Jamaican rum casks. The effect is one of bright tropical aromas, coupled with a soft, nutty flavour.
