Made from a base of 100% malted Finnish rye, Kyrö Malt is an attempt at capturing the true essence of a single grain. Matured in a combination of new white oak and ex-bourbon casks, these barrels support the flavour of the distillate rather than fight against it. Hands down one of our favourite ryes.
