What impressed us about Filey Bay was the balance between tradition, and their unique Yorkshire twist on things. Flagship is described as “From Field to Bottle”, and made with completely homegrown barley matured in ex-bourbon barrels for a distinctly full, sweet, even buttery flavour. Enjoy!
