Ezra Brooks is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon made from corn, malted barley and rye. The brand was created by Frank Silverman in 1957 when it was bottled at the Hoffman Distilling Company, in Lawrenceburg. The ‘99’ reflects the higher than normal bottling strength (99 proof) which adds a spicy kick.
