A New World approach to an Old World idea, Sherry Wood is made from Westland’s signature blend of five malt grains and matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks sourced from Tonelería del Sur in Montilla in Spain. It tastes of yellow fruits in all their various guises.
