HOW DOES THE GIFTING PROCESS WORK?
We've made gifting as simple as possible. Whether you buy a gift box or a digital gift code, you can choose the number of whiskies the recipient will receive each month, then the number of months that you’d like the subscription to run for. Once you've paid for your gift card, we’ll send you an email that you can share with the lucky recipient – there’ll be a code in that email that they can quickly and easily redeem. If you've purchased a gift box, we will send it to the address you provide so you can wrap it up and give it to them. Whether it's a gift card or gift code, the recipient will need to register a Whisky Me account and use their code to start receiving monthly drams through their letterbox (so expect a big thank you from them sooner rather than later).

Yes! Gift cards are included in our gift boxes (along with a free pouch of whisky).
MY DAD/GRAN/DOG ISN'T GREAT WITH COMPUTERS: CAN I JUST BUY ON THEIR BEHALF?
Yes. Go to the Subscription Page, choose a type of whisky for them along with the subscription duration then check out using their details. The email address you provide will be where we send your order confirmation and monthly shipment emails (don't feed dogs whisky).
TRADITIONAL, DISCOVERY, ADVENTURE - WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Our traditional subscribers receive a different single malt scotch whisky every month. Our Discovery subscribers receive a different 'world' (everything except single malt scotch) whisky every month. Our lucky Adventure subscribers receive a pouch of both!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you have a Gift Card that has not been redeemed and is older than 12 months, contact us and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
