Rebel 100 is a 100 proof (50% abv) wheated bourbon. While all bourbons must be made from a majority corn, most recipes use rye or wheat as ‘seasoning’ grains. Being wheated, Rebel 100 takes on a softer quality but its high strength ensures it has some guts to it too!
