Raasay Batch R01.2 is made from Laureate barley, fermented for 3 to 5 days and matured in a mixture of rye whiskey casks (65%), virgin Chinkapin oak (25%), and Bordeaux red wine casks (10%) for around 3.5 years. Expect to find a touch of smoke, along with dark fruits, citrus, and spice.
