Dalwhinnie is famous for producing sweet, sticky, honeyed drams, which makes it a perfect after dinner treat. Pop it in a sherry cask for a couple of years (as is the case with this Distillers Edition) and you have yourself a glass full of dessert.
Dalwhinnie is the highest altitude distillery in all of Scotland and also holds the dubious distinction of being the coldest settlement in the UK, with an average temperature of 6˚C.
