This special bottling of Caol Ila is a Whisky Me exclusive, formed from a blend of three ex-bourbon casks. We’ve cut the spirit to a generous 52% ABV, retaining much of the natural cask strength while taming some of the heat. Expect to find typical Islay smoke with a lick of fresh citrus which Caol Ila is famous for.
